IGH Snowmobile Safety Certification Class Registration

The class will be held at Inver Grove Heights Fire Station #2 located at 9200 Courthouse Blvd. Inver Grove Heights MN 55077. January 11th, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM And at Rich Valley Park at Rich Valley Blvd. and 105th St. East following completion of classroom portion at 12:30 PM.

A parent or legal guardian must be present at the beginning of class to sign the parental release form and to receive important information.

​

The student is responsible to complete the On Line Coarse and MUST COME WITH THE FORM THAT IS PRINTED OUT AT THE COMPLETION OF THE ON LINE COARSE No student will be allowed to participate in the classroom instruction if they do not have the completion form.

 

There is a 15 question written test made up of multiple choice, matching, and true/false questions. Most of the questions will come from the On Line Coarse.

 

The Driving Test will be on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at Rich Valley Park on 105th St. E. and Rich Valley Blvd. in Inver Grove Heights. Starting time will be 12:30 p.m. It is important that you park in the designated parking area. The student should proceed carefully across the road to the test area and return to the parking lot after their test to receive their temporary certificate from the instructor Snowmobiles will be provided for the driving test. The student MUST BE DRESSED appropriately for snowmobiling – helmet, suit, boots gloves or mittens , etc.

Pay $5 for the course when you come the day of the training.  Please make checks payable to Inver Grove Heights Snowmobile Club
